Looking for a mountain getaway? Then the Plörr might be just the place for you. We are a small, family-run guesthouse on the sunny Ritten plateau, just north of Bolzano in beautiful South Tyrol. Up here the air is crisp, life slows down and the view of the Dolomites is simply unforgettable. A simple, warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits you – no fuss, no noise, just genuine hospitality.
Surrounded by meadows and forests, our farmhouse has a long history. It has been in our family since 1921, and since 1952 we have been welcoming guests. Today our guesthouse offers 9 comfortable double rooms and 2 single rooms, each with a balcony, private shower, WC and WiFi. Simple, clean and lovingly furnished – perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Your day begins with a hearty breakfast. In the evening, we serve our homemade daily special on request, prepared with regional ingredients and plenty of care. On our sunny terrace, time seems to stand still as you take in the spectacular mountain panorama. A special highlight is our small herd of Highland cattle, whose high-quality meat we serve to our guests.
Our public café-bar is open daily from 3 pm (closed on Tuesdays). From mid May to the end of October, every Tuesday we take our guests on a gentle walk to our own alpine hut, where a relaxed evening with authentic South Tyrolean farm cuisine awaits.
